The Town Clerk is the official recordkeeper for the Town of New Marlborough. The Town Clerk’s Office also handles annual Town census, voter registration, elections and issues licenses and certificates as described below.

Services offered by the Town Clerk’s Office include the following:

  • Notarization of documents
  • Payment of non-criminal complaint violations
  • Posting meetings for all municipal boards and committees
  • Vital Statistics – births, marriages and death certificates
  • Voter Registration
  • Town Calendar
  • Town Meeting minutes
