Senior Transportation

Senior Residents (over 60 years old) — may purchase a discounted book of tickets for 10 one-way rides, at the Claire Teague Senior Center transportation office, in Great Barrington, weekdays 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Ticket books may also be purchased on the vans and at other local Senior Centers.

Prices for these discounted tickets are: $15.00 for travel within one town, a 25% discount, and $25.00 for multi-town trips, a 38% discount.

Rides are also available (for seniors only) to New Marlborough, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, on weekdays only ($4.00 each way), and to medical appointments in Pittsfield for $15.00 (round trip) but only between 8:00AM and 4:00PM, on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Just call 413-591-3826 Tell us where you are and where you want to go. You can schedule your ride for anytime during the hours of operation, but you may only call to schedule your ride 8:00AM – 7:00PM weekdays, 8:00AM – 4:00PM weekends.
