Invitation to Bid - Services at Solid Waste Transfer Station

The Town of New Marlborough, acting through its Select Board, is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide services at its Solid Waste Transfer Station, 616 New Marlborough South Sandisfield Road.  Bid packages may be obtained in the office of the Select Board, 807 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River during regular business hours (7:30 am to 3:30 pm), Monday through Friday (413) 229-8116 or by emailing Nmbos@newmarlboroughma.gov.  Completed bid forms must be submitted to the Select Board, PO Box 99, 807 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244-0099 by 1:00 pm on February 27, 2023 at which time they will be opened and read.  Bids must submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Services at Solid Waste Transfer Station Bids."  No electronic bids will be accepted.  The Board of Selectmen reserve the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
