Friday, November 1st is the last day to vote early for the State Election hours are 8AM-
Effective immediately, all requests for public records must be given to Katherine M. Chretien, Public Records Access Officer.
Responses will be coordinated through the Public Records Access Officer. Requests for public records may be made orally, to include telephone requests, or in writing to the Public Records Access Officer. Written requests may be delivered by hand, by mail, via email or by fax.

In July of 2016, Gov. Charlie Baker signed a bill, Chapter 121 of the Acts of 2016, "An Act to Improve Public Records". This Bill takes took effect on January 1, 2017. The Record Access Officer for the Town of New Marlborough, also known as RAO, is Town Clerk, Katherine M Chretien. Public Records requests should be sent to kchretien@newmarlboroughma.gov
